[VCF v2.3] Failed to deploying Log Insight while Bring-up.

Hi guys,

Anyone know about this condition?

  1. Imaging VCF v2.3 : Success
  2. Bring-up by SDDC Manager : Fail with the follow error.

-Failed to deploy vRLI appliance 10.2.8.16 in vCenter 10.2.8.14

When vRLI was in the deployment step, I noticed that the VM was really created and the login prompt was displayed.

After a certain period of time, however, the vRLI VM will be powered off and removed, and at the same time the SDDC Manager will fail.

So I tried two things as a solution, I restart by pressing the "Retry" button but it failed with same result.

Also the error message is the same, although I started from the initial imaging step.

Hi,

I had the same issue with my nested vCF 3-5 deployment.

The deployment of the 3rd vRLI appliance kept failing, which is why the two first ones were removed each time, only to retry deploying all three.

In the end I rebooted all the hosts in the cluster, which solved my problem.
The next time the deployment worked without any issue.
