VCF Streched Cluster

Hello Guys

I would like your help to clarify the following

I have a Primary Site with VCF 4.5 with 4 nodes, and a second Site with VCF 4.5 with 4 nodes that are also not productive.

I have installed a Witness to configure a Stretched Cluster, but I need to know which is the best option.

1.- Carry out a decommissioning of the secondary site nodes and add them to the primary site.

2.- Reinstall the ESXi nodes and add them to the VCF of DC1 and then configure the Stretched Cluster.

I will appreciate your comments in this regard to find the best option to implement the solution.

Thanks

Sebastian

I would decommission them and then too ensure they are clean rebuild them.

Once complete you can commission and stretch.

In VCF, the Recommendation is always to reinstall the OS when it is reused.
