In an effort to further expand our ability to drive customer feedback to product innovation, we are very excited to announce the general availability of the VCF Ideas Portal to the public (Customer Connect ID required for login). We are now allowing customers and partners to share feedback in the form of ideas. Customer / Partner users can publish their own ideas on the platform as well as search and vote for ideas published by other customers. The tool enhances the visibility the product managers have on the most pressing customer needs in relevant functional area.
Users who publish an idea will receive an email when:
(i) their idea is published
(ii) when the status of an idea changes (e.g. it was accepted and will be incorporated as a feature)
(iii) another user votes on their idea.
Each user must login through their VMware Customer Connect account and then they are redirected to the Aha portal.
