Hi,

After deploying VDI workload domain, where would my horizon management components get deployed in Management VC.

Would that be part of VXLAN network?

In Cloud Foundation 2.3 all the Horizon Management components would get deployed in the Management Workload Domain. A dedicated vCenter Server for the Horizon workload domain would also reside in the management domain. VXLAN is not being configured out of the box for this. You can find all details in the corresponding section of the product documentation.
