Log Insight not showing in product list when creating an environment

Hi everyone. I'm trying to deploy vRLI for a new environment but vLCM only shows me vRNI and vRB Cloud in the products section.

I download vRLI binaries (.OVA, install type) and synced binaries but it is still missing.

Any idea?

After the redeploy from the XML, it is registered in VCF. Also vrops appeared as an option to install in the new environment. I am not sure why but fortunately it is up and running now.

thanks!

Is it in VCF aware mode?  Deployed through SDDC Manager with SDDC manager integration?

If so, have you downloaded the bundles in SDDC Manager?  vLCM syncs binaries from it.

Bundles from SDDC are downloaded, but it is strange. No bundles for vRNI or vRB cloud (we don't use vRB) are in the downloaded bundles but they still show in the create environment view. Also vROps is not showing as an option

VRNI and vrb aren't part of the bom, you need to put in your VMware credentials and sync binaries.

Yes, i did that, but still.

I managed to get vRLI as an option importing the and old vRLI deployment XML. But it is strange that it is not available from scratch though

Are you sure it's in vcf mode and the bundles you require are downloaded in sddc manager?

I cannot find the config. Do you know how to validate this?

That's not the right way to do it, you'll need to try restarting sddcamager or the service and checking logs on both sddc manager and LCM

Also, are you sure the version of vrli you downloaded in SDDC Manager is correct for the version of VCF / vRLCM that you are running?

Do you log into lcm using vcfadmin, and is it registered in SDDC Manager?
