Host Stuck in Deactivating State

Hey all,

Has anyone ever run into a situation where a host gets stuck in a deactivating state when trying to do a remove?  Any ideas on how get it out of this state?  Since this is my lab environment I thought about looking at postgres but haven't gotten that desperate just yet .

yep...to rerun task you need to fix the issue on Esxi host first. Unfortunatelly there is no other way.

I ended up starting from scratch instead of trying to tshoot the issue while implementing any updates that I found along the way during the first install. If you make any changes to network or storage from the original VCF installation you’ll screw up the hosts
