While deploying the management domain from Cloud Builder it fails while deploying NSX:

The log file show the following errors:

2022-09-26T15:17:09.449+0000 [bringup,cc557bbf5b8e2ecc,3e97] ERROR [c.v.v.c.f.p.nsxt.helpers.NsxtUtils,pool-4-thread-2] Error fetching nsxt cluster status

Despite the prevous message regarding the cluster not being stable, NSX Manager states the opposite.

Any idea what could be wrong here?

VCF 4.4.1, Cloud Builder 4.4.1.0-19766960

Hi There - I believe the issue in this is due to the use of Uppercase hostnames for ESXi hosts as well as for other services like vCenter, NSX, etc

Recreating the bring up spreadsheet with lowercase hostnames should fix this.

That's indeed correct. Changing hostnames to lowercase makes everything work fine.
