VMware Cloud Foundation 2.1.1 only supports self-signed certificates. We are planning support for enterprise certificates for a future release. NealeC's comments apply.

I can't find any option in the pubs.vmware.com or any option in the SDDC-Manager GUI.

Everything currently is being issued from the first PSC(VMCA) in Rack 1.

You could try reconfiguring it to be a subordinate of your Enterprise CA...not sure if it would break VRM/SDDC-Manager's mind, or whether it would just happy go on oblivious that it's a subordinate.....

https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=21120...

Feeling lucky?

Let  me know how you get on as I'd be interested to know if it is a supported/possible option.
