Deploy Licence to the cloud environment

Good morning Team,

I am still very new to VMware Cloud Provider Program. So i really need help here, the client want to provide the Licence and do the maintenance on their new existing environment. We are not really sure if they want us to deploy this Licence to Cloud Director or Cloud Foundation environment. I guess we have to prepare for both. Just need more clarity how to deploy the Licence on both environment, we haven't done this before. It is going to be new for us.

For VCF , before deploying license are suppose to be filled in the Parameter sheet.  

once deployed VCF License can be applied from the GUI of VCF ->Administrator-> license
