You need to provide a bit more detail here. Are you trying to run standard reports - and if so, which ones - or custom reports.
No data means that the views and/or dashboards, used by the report templates, are not getting populated so you need to look at those. vROPs is probably not yet collecting the data that's needed. That's dependent on getting your adapters to accept data from source so check those.
