vRealize VM stuck on black screen

vRO vm has rebooted and now it's just in a black screen, I cannot proceed to any step. If i restart, it loads back again to this screen and is idle

Is there any resolution for this

vCenter Server is 6.7

Are you talking about vRO or vROps?

For vROps you are in the right place. Which version are you running? Can you ssh into vROps?

The version is : Version 8.2.0

I cannot even ssh into it. It has no network connectivity

set the VM to boot to bios then open up the console and close the bios and look at the boot up sequence. Hopefully you can see an error. It is not a true black screen as there is a cursor in the top left.
