After upgrade of IDM (3.3.5.0 Build 18049997) and vROPs (Version: 8.5.0 (18255622)) can't add IDM as Authentication Sources, error "vIDM source connection test faile"

Everything worked before upgrade.
Any idea what can be wrong and what logs to check?
