vCOPS Metric Guide?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a guide available that explains each metric in more detail?
For example, there are nearly 40 metrics (provisioned memory, total capacity, usable memory, etc ) for memory alone and with certain metrics I am not totally sure what difference is. Can't seem to find anything in help content.

I asked the same question yesterday, it seems it will be difficult to find all the metrics.
