Which Adapter instance to use?

Need your xpertise...

I am using following Dashboard "Horizon User Session Details".  An issue I am running into currently is when user is logged in to VM, I do not see that particular session in this dashboard.

I probably gave about couple of hours before it finally showed up.    I am thinking probably I need to change the polling or refresh in one of the adapter instance.

I am in Administration > Inventory Explorer

There are so many adapter instance listed under here.  Am I going into right direction..?

Sound more like, the agent on the VDI is not the correct version or broker agent not installed.

What versions are you using af vRops, horizon content pack, horizon, agent and broker agent are you using ?
