What Applications do you have feeding vCOps?

Im trying to see what Applications out there users are pulling in Data from.

For us so far, its just SCOM with the SCOM data but im more interested int he custom adapters and if people are pulling in data from something like NetQoS, or other end to end transaction monitoring systems.  I would like to be able to pull this data into vCOps.

Let me know what everyone is using....

Thanks,

Mike

the company that I am consulting with has vcenters, hyperic, and third party sources - smarts, oem and we are also doing pocs of data collected with generalSql adapter. One of those sets of data is NON-IT data and the other will be Wily. not to far from your netqos. Are you successfully pulling netqos data into vcops?

We havent tried yet.  I know it will use the Generic SQL Adapter but I also heard that Cisco Prime Assurance Manager will have a Adapter for vCOps much like the new EMC VNX adapter thats scheduled to be out soon.

understand that vnx adapter beta version is progressing. PAM adapter would be nice... does it include nexus os or more about classic os?

And lets not forget about Hyperic. You can get OS and Application stats from Virtual and Physical systems.

I have also used Hyperic to pull port stats on a Cisco switch and display them in custom UI.

More here : www.hyperic.com . Look at the bottom of the page for supported systems.
