Unable to view Environment - Loading Sections hangs

Hi

I have just setup a trial of Ops Manager.  Everything is working and I can see the Dashboard, Alerts, Analysis and Reports all working.  However when I try and click on Operations and view the Environment it just hangs by Loading Sections.

There are less than 400 vms been monitored and OpsManager servers are not under any strain that I can see.

Any one have any idea how to resolve this?

A quick update

I can view this through a web browser however through the VC plugin it hangs..

it's kind of a known issue, and it's caused by IE being really slow with JavaScript :smileyplain:

hint: the plugin in vi-client uses the IE browser on the machine

In general I would recommend to use Firefox or Chrome externally. The UI expirience is a lot snappier & faster

Thanks, I figured as much, I dont mind using the browser, just a pitty about it not working in VC

Using V 5.0.2.

I'm having the same issue on IE9, installed latest Firefox and the page loads immediately!
