Unable to configure vCops View Adapter

Hello to everyone,

I'm trying to install the vcops view adapter on a standalone server (w2k8 R2 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM).
All prerequisites are satisfied or almost ( I think so )
The installation (file versionis  VMware-vcops-viewadapter-x86_64-1.0.1-855773.exe) goes fine until the configurator wizard should start,
but instead of the wizard is showed the following error message :
Could not load the View adapter configuration file
I cannot find any logs or event viewer message thast drives me to the resolution.
Anyone can help me.
Thanks.
