Is anyone using vRops in a NOC scenario? It doesn't seem to have any built in NOC mode i..e can transition on a timed basis through various screens etc.

Yep, NOC usage is quite common and I've seen and done that quite a bit. Go to Manage Dashboards and click the gear drop-down menu and select Reorder/Autoswitch Dashboards.

Double-click a dashboard to enable auto transition, the delay, and the next dashboard in the list.
