How to clear Operation Manger alerts

I have a bunch of alerts that I need to clear, but I don't see anywhere to remove them. Can someone help? thanks

Have you logged in into the Custom UI?

yes, i'm logged into the custom UI. I'm on version 5.8 for vcOPS.

Please try the following:

Once you login to the Custom UI

Click on alerts --> alerts overview

click on the alerts which is there for a long time and click on cancel alert icon twice

I think now the alert will be cleared.

Please let me know if i am wrong.

Hi Guys,

This case is true if you need clear inactive alerts, but if your alerts are in active state, after canceling them, they well appear again during next collecting cycle. So if you don't want to recieve them again, the best solution is go to corresponding attribute package and remove corresponding Hard threshold and disable DT.

Can you send me a screen shots for the alerts overview and the cancel alert icon? I don’t see either of them in my custom UI.
