Cloud Proxy shows as Offline after upgrading 8.16.1

Hi All

Cloud Proxy shows as Offline after upgrading 8.16.1 in logs we can see same is like in KB => https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/93548

Workaround didn't help "ssl verify none" still same errors for ha proxy service

Server PrxyRC_BE/VROPS is DOWN, reason: Layer6 invalid response, info: "SSL handshake failure", check duration: 11ms. 0 active and 0 backup server>

Added CA root cert to CP vApp options but still no joy.

Any idea how to resolve that issue?

Thanks

just tried script from KB => https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/94872#upgrade all check are ok but still failing on ssl hand shake for HA proxy service. We are not using SSL inspection on network so I give up 🙂

I tempting to redeploy those CP, question is how this affect aria operation cluster, we are going to lose any date/metrics?

Cloud proxy removed and redeployed but still same issue with SSL hand shake  => https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/93548 (I added CA cert during installation)

I manage to workaround issue by removing operation manager LB entry from /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg and replaced it with round robin pointing to each node in cluster. Looks like LB config is the problem but all worked before upgrade so not sure what else to check
