"No events have been received recently" in interactive analysis page

9-4-2014 10-42-10 AM.jpg

I've been seeing this in one of my instances lately.

I tried bouncing the service but I still this 'warning'.

I saw this error yesterday and data is there for the time that I had this warning, is it just taking time to process the data?

Admin page shows events are coming in.

It is possible you had a spike in EPS, which caused a delay. Otherwise, likely points to a contention issue (likely IOPS, but could be CPU).

How many EPS are being ingested and what size LI node(s)? From the graph, looks like you are collecting around 4000K EPS, my guess is that the LI node/cluster is not sized properly and LI cannot keep up.

The resolution on the graph is hour. The stats page is saying 5800 EPS

Now it looks like it caught up...

Could be both, IOPs is always an issue with my storage but also this runs on the same cluster as vCOPS which can be very heavy CPU-wise.
