Loginsight query question

I'm trying to query our esxi hosts for any errors related to the below. for some reason when I try to run the interactive analytics I'm unable to find any errors even though we had these events occur in our system. 

 

socket async connect callback failed. Error code: Connection refused, system

Hi

With not much info in your post i'm just guessing at the most basic things i can think of.

Are the esxi servers configured to send syslog to Log insight? Are there an firewall between your Management network on the ESXi and the log insight server?

The default when opening interactive analytics is the query only the last 5 minutes, did you check that?

i'm sorry if this is to basic but you got to start somewhere.

I was able to get the results on the error by going back farther in date. I was able to make an alert condition to email our distro in the event the error begins to creep back up on our hosts so we can engage quickly instead of waiting for issues to arise. Thanks for responding!
