I used the Log Insight publisher to publish the content pack. End of the publishing it gave me ID (48ab-32556) and email ID to contact for any further question. However, I have't got any email communication to confirm the publishing request has been received. I sent email to li-cord@vmware.com to check, have't heard back them either. So wanted to make sure I followed the right workflow for publishing new content pack.
In one of the LI doc it said you can use solution exchange link to publish, I did't find the option on the web link even after logging in.
Any insight here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Looks like the publisher has bug, I do not see any content pack uploaded to the ftp site. If its not a lot of trouble can I ask you to zip up the content pack and send to li-cord@vmware.com alias?
You can publish to Solution Exchange only post review and approval from the Log Insight CORD team.
The process is explained in this document - Creating Content Packs in vRealize Log Insight 2.5 ( also available on the Log Insight communities Documents tab)
