After updating one of our many internally developed content packs a couple of our LI instances stopped displaying anything in the Alerts window. All configured alerts continue to function correctly but they are obviously unmanageable at the moment. What logs can I look at and what queries might I perform to find the source of this issue?
Restart LI (standalone or master node) -- sounds like a known, rare, corner-case in LI 2.5
Restarting the application (/Administration/Applliance/Restart Log Insight) didn't resolve the issue. Are there other processes I should or need to restart short of rebooting the vApp? I'm not CLI averse so all options are on the table.
