Yes, if you have purchased Log Insight and would like to file a bug and/or get support then please open a support case with VMware. If you would like community help then feel free to post your bug here with as much details as possible.
I want to clarify is this really a bug, i am posting all steps below here.
Steps:
1. when we install vmware workstation, then progress bar is visible.
2. when we click on top header of that progress bar window, then progress stopped, i think it is a bug.

This appears to be an issue with VMware Workstation and not VMware vCenter Log Insight. You may want to move your question to the Workstation forum.
