vRA 7.6 - adding a network adapter to a vm in vRA adds E1000 NIC - change default to vmxnet3?

Every time a NIC is added to a VM using the vRA "reconfigure" action, a E1000 adapter is connected. I would like this to be a VMXNET3 adapter instead.

Is it possible to change this default setting in vRA? Changing the adapter type afterwards is problematic, because the VM has to be powered off.

Add this custom property  "VMware.Network.Type" with a value of "VMXNET3" to your blueprint.  The linked document has all the other usable values as well.

We had this custom property in vRA 7.6 but we are back to the E1000 in vRA8.  Any custom property to enable VMXNET3 again in 8.3?
