vRA 7.6 Cluster Validation issue - "Primary Web node validation failed: ModelManagerData component is missing. Database component is missing."

New vRA 7.6 deployment for our dev environment. Nothing live on it yet. Two appliances, four Windows boxes for IaaS and manager roles, and two Windows boxes for MSSQL. Appliances are using the built-in Postgres DBs.

Yesterday, we noticed that the vRA appliance database partition attached to /storage/db was out of space on appliance 01. Same issue for the log partition on appliance 02.

We stopped ALL services on all boxes, added new disks to both appliances, and moved the DBs to the new disks.

The original disks were 46GBs. New disks are 150GBs. Not sure why the DB exploded in size.

I then cleared some logs on 02. Log partition on 01 wasn't out of control.

All services started back up without issue, but now we're getting an error in the appliance management interface page. As the title states, we're getting the following error on the Cluster tab:

The following problems with the environment were found

Primary Web node validation failed: ModelManagerData component is missing. Database component is missing.

I have been unable to find any information on the net about this particular error. Model Manager Data directories are present on both IaaS boxes. SQL and PostgresSQL databases are up and running. Everything "seems" to be working just fine. Any insight into what the error is referring to would be highly appreciated.
