I have been having issues getting ssh working with a specific MAC required from a workflow in 7.6.
I need to get the equivalent of this command which I use to ssh from the command prompt:
ssh -m hmac-sha2-512-etm@openssh.com -A root@host.domain.com
I have not had any luck with using the session.setInfo(……. From KB 2054482 to set a specific mac.
I also found some threads in vmware communities discussing /etc/vco/app-server/vmo.properties and setting cipher in there, but I cannot find anything about setting a specific mac in there.
Does anyone have any links to more documentation about either of these options? I can find just the single KB about using cipher in KB2054482, and nothing about the vmo.properties in VMware documentation for 7.6
