vRO - Workflow for ISO handling

Hello @all,

I need to Upload an iso to a vsphere Datastore from a vRA portal. For this I need a workflow for uploading isos directly to a vSphere datastore.

I know, there is a workflow in vRO, but this does not work for me, because I need a windows to select a local iso file which is tehn uploaded to the datastore.

Does someone know a workflow like this?

I don't believe that this is possible, vRA works as a wrapper around vRO so any workflows that you have to upload files to vRO will have to go through vRA. vRA doesn't support uploading files from the client.

Do you have ASD in vRA? Does it absolutely have to be from the Windows Desktop... or can there be an intermediary location where the file is staged?  Do you have NFS?

I have a couple of ideas around this that may be feasible.  I might try to tackle this next week.
