vRA 8.9 : Allocating or Reserving IP Address in vRA Network Profile with vRA Internal IPAM

vRA8.9 : Do we have a way to Allocate or Release IP Address(s) in vRA internal IPAM Network Profile .

Either using VRO custom workflow or VRA REST API or any other solution .

Use cases : Importing VM to vRA , Reserve IPs for Database Cluster etc .

Thank you for your reply . Just wanted to confirm if this API is supported with vRA 8.9 version .
Or if we have any other option to acheive IP allocation / release with vRA 8.9 .
