vCO server not appearing under managed vcenter instances

Hi all,

I want to have a look at vCO. I have done a quick and dirty install on some development infrastructure.
I am using vcenter5.1. Installed vCO on same box.
In my vCO config all seems fine and with that I mean all the lights are green.

When I log into the web client I cannot see or seem unable to add the vCO server.

Where should I start looking? I also can't log in into vCO client and the used account worked when testing LDAP login in vCO config

I will keep looking but if you have any pointers please let me know.

@AllBlack

Have you logged into the web client with the SSO admin? Try checking the mob to see if orchestrator is registered with the vcenter.

Unfortunately I don't have SSO password. The vSphere 5.1 setup was quick and dirty too 🙂

I did get into vCO client in the end so I assume that will give me same functionality?

That would suit me fine for now

For me when i installed the vcenter and orchestrator and logged into the web client with SSO admin password, orchestrator never showed up but when i went to <vcenter_IP>/mob/content/ExtensionManager my orchestrator was registered.
So when i next logged in with my AD administrator i was able to get back the whole inventory including orchestrator.
