unable to connect vCenter server through powercli

I am using      Connect-ViServer  (IP Address of Vcenter Server) command. But gets the following error. I am able to login directly to esxi.

Please try using passthrough method and check if it works:

C:\PS>Connect-VIServer -Server vcenter1

Done..  powercli is using proxy bydefault. jst disabled it and now i am able to connect vcenter server...
