"The guest operations agent could not be contacted" when trying to acces to guest just after provisonning

I have to install some softwares after the provisionning of my VMs.

Just after provisionning once the vm is on, i run the workflow "copy file from vco to guest" to copy my scripts file which works perfectly, i then run the "run a program on guest workflow" which fails with the error "The guest operations agent could not be contacted".

I know i get this error only when there is no session opened on the vm (i don't want to manually open a session).

So is it the no opened session which triggers that error or am i doing something wrong ?

Is there a way to open a session on guest via vCO ?

PS : VMware tools are installed and running

It's a Windows running, but i found my error, I asked for an interactive session in my workflow ... which cannot work because there is no session to interact with.

Just put my interactive boolean to false, and it's working like a charm !
