Webview

Hi,

Is it possible to restrict access to workflows with a published webview ?

I have published the default webview but it has all the workflows in the orchestrator listed, I would like to have a webview that has only 1 workflow available . System is VCO 5.1, I have my VCO setup with AD.

Should I be trying to modify the workflow or the premessions on the workflow ?

Any help welcome.

Thanks.

The WebOperator is an administrative webview.... There are details on creating webviews in the vCO documentation. I think what you are looking for is something more like what this article outlines:

Create a Simple vCO Self Service VM Provisioning Portal - Part 3.

you might want to look at the perspectives fling.

this is a webview that is used to allocate workflows against AD group basis. very easy to use.

rename the file to .dar and import as vco plugin.
