Vmware Orchestrator to provide a request portal of some sort?

Hi Guys,

I'm not sure if Orchestrator is the right thing for this. However here goes...

I'm after some sort of portal that users can login to and request VMs. They enter the details of their VM requirements and hit submit. The admins then only have to approve or reject the request. The approval would then trigger a workflow on the vcenter which will create a VM and customize it accordingly

Am I on the right track? Or is it a bit of a stretch for Orchestrator?
