Hi,

VRO client is not loading. It was frequently disconnecting yesterday. but now it is not even starting up. I checked logs. Found this "Insufficient memory space for java run time environment to load". How to fix this issue.what are all the possible solutions?

VRO version: 6.0.1

Thanks,

Are you using the vro appliance or a windows based installation? make sure that the system you run vro on has configured enough memory (I think 3GB are minimum for the appliance).

Also check https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=20074..., but I don't think that's your exacy issue, when even the JVM cannot be started at all...

Joerg

Hi,

Increasing memory size helped fixing this issue. Thanks Joerg. I was using appliance based vro.
