I have an interesting issue that I have not been able to figure out which is after some time, VCO cannot create machines using an existing blueprint and that blueprint needs to be destroyed and re-created to allow provisioning from VCO again. Not sure why, but I can provision using the same blueprint within VCAC itself. The interesting thing is this does not happen on all blueprints. The logs do not show anything. VCAC does not show a failed request, but VCO spits out java.lang.Nullpointerexception requestcatalogitemonbehalfof.
