Unable to run - Validation process

When I imported the following workflow - extendGuestPartition.workflow from Downloads  I get the following error

Unable to run

Validation process report 11 errors in the workflow. Disable validation checking in the preferences or correct the errors.

These 11 errors are kind of normal/expected. They are due to the workflow calling scripting actions that are part of VIX plug-in (which you most likely don't have installed in your vCO).

VIX -plug-in used to be available at https://labs.vmware.com/flings/vix-vco but it became obsolete with the release of vCenter 5 few years ago when the VIX functionality became part of vCenter API.

One option would be to look at scripting code inside extendGuestPartition workflow and try to re-implement the same functionality using currently available APIs/workflows/actions in vCenter plug-in (see eg. workflows under Library/vCenter/Guest operations) and guest script manager package available at https://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-25474

Another option is to try to find a copy of VIX plug-in somewhere, although I'm not sure whether it will work with vCO 5.5.2 or not.
