I tried changing database in vRO configuration but it didn't work for me.
Any other solution for the same issue, please help all my work got stuck because of this.
If your temporarily change the database setup in the Configurator, then the Licensing tab gets active again.
Then just change the database back afterwards.

When you change the database, is the Licensing tab still greyed out? or what happens?
