Unable to connect to vRO 6.0.1 windows appliance.

Hi,

I am trying to login to vRO (6.0.1) client with windows appliance, but it's throwing an error "Invalid License Serial Number !"

I logged in to vRO configuration to update the license but the license tab is grayed out.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Thanks!!

If your temporarily change the database setup in the Configurator, then the Licensing tab gets active again.

Then just change the database back afterwards.

I don't have any other solutions.

The "change-database" solution, should be the one to do the trick.

And you have followed the guide here??

When you change the database, is the Licensing tab still greyed out? or what happens?

Could you provide information on how you got it resolved?

To help others that might end up in the same situation.
