I have been running into the following issue recently with the application of storage profiles VDC's.
Bad request - Unexpected JAXB Exception - cvc-complex-type.2.4.b: The content of element 'ns6:VdcStorageProfile' is not complete. One of '{"http://www.vmware.com/vcloud/v1.5":ProviderVdcStorageProfile}' is expected.; majorErrorCode=400; minorErrorCode=BAD_REQUEST; vendorSpecificErrorCode=null; (Dynamic Script Module name : addAdminVdcAdminOrg#1)
After speaking with a senior team member he mentioned a shut down of all VCD cells to release a lock on the database. This fix being service impacting seems ridiculous and I was hoping another method might be available.
