Remove old snapshots - vCO Orchestrator

Hi I am using "Remove old snapshots" workflow in vCO Orchestrator and when I run the workflow, it fails with the following validation error.  I have also attached the screenshot image

Workflow link with ID '8D808080............' not found in library

Please let me know how to fix the Send Email part?

I did some changes to the send mail configuration and the error is no longer coming, however, now when I run the "Remove old snapshots" I get the following error:

Unable to communicate with the remote host, since it is disconnected. (Workflow:Remove old snapshot / Check host and VC time (item14)#16)
