Orchestrator v5.1 - allow non-admins access to webview

I am running the Orchestrator v5.1 appliance.  I have created a custom request portal using the info from here.  However, I can only log in with an account that is part of the VCO administrators group.  All others get "Unable to connect : You are not authorized to access the web view".  This user can successfully see and execute the workflow when going through the Java client.

Thanks Burke. I also posted this in reply to your comment on the thread, linked earlier, for the custom request portal.

In the end, all I needed to do was change the permissions on the jar file.

cd /opt/vmo/app-server/server/vmo/deploy/vmo-server

chmod 644 o11n-modelejb-server.jar

After that, restarted the configuration then the service.  It works now.  I did not have to replace any files.

Okay, glad it is taken care of and working -- honestly, I lose track of which questions have been answered so I occasionally just check through unanswered threads and post a reply if I can.

I want to "bump" this thread .. because in vCO 5.5.1 is still the same Problem.

I found also this KB:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=102139...

But that is also Orchestrator 4.x.

Also seeing this issue in VCO 5.5.2, installed on windows machine. The folder "orchestrator_installation_folder\app-server\server\vmo\deploy\vmo-server\" that some mention changing permission on no longer seems to exist in this version.
