Orchestrator design with Multiple vCenters

Hi,

Just after a bit of advise around the options i have to use Orchestrator with multiple vCenters.

The design for this is still up in the air, however so far there will be 2 Windows based vCenters, there is the possibility to have them in linked mode if needed and either a single SSO per site or a single SSO for the whole lot. So a bit of room for design changes.

Essentially what i'm looking to achieve is the deployment of VM's across the 2 sites using a single Orchestrator instance if possible.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I've had a quick look around and there seems to be a couple of ways to achieve this. Looking for anyone's experience with this and a preferred approach.

Thanks

If your sites are separated with a large bandwidth, low latency line then a single orchestrator should be on the site with the vCenter having the most VM.

If it is not the case then 2 stand alone vCO with one usign the multi-node plugin so you will be able to start all the workflows (local and proxied) from a single instance.
