Orchestrator Control Center, provided credentials are not valid

I have inherited two Orchestrator virtual appliance servers, one is 8.4.1 and the other is 8.5. I found the documented root password for both servers and I can ssh into them. However I'm unable to login to the Control Center web interface for either of them. When I try I receive an error saying "Provided Credentials are not valid". I have rebooted one of the servers to see if it would help and it did not. I can login to the Orchestrator client without an issue.

So far I've not been able to make heads or tails of the issue. The older 8.4 appliance still has the vami-lighttp.service registered but it won't start. My understanding is that vami-lighttp was removed starting in 8.0 so I'm not sure why it's even listed. The 8.5 appliance doesn't have it listed at all. So I don't think it's related to my control center issue.

I ran kubectl -n prelude get pods on both servers and there are 4 "pods" listed and they are all listed as running.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the correct direction.

As far as I know the Control Center password should be the same as the root password when the Orchestrator is deployed again.

There is a command "vracli vro update-cc-password" which can change the root password for the Control Center (via ssh), but I would recommend to create a snapshot before you run this command.
