Hi,

I have the required plugins installed in my VCO and that i am able to check from clinet. i want to upgrade one of my plucins from Orchestrator Configuration and i am not able to see the list of plugins from the plusin's tab. Can some one help me, and let me know if there is any setting to able to see the list of plugins. please see the screen shot attached.

Definitely not a normal state of vCO. Is this an Appliance or Windows installation? New installation or after upgrade?

Try reinstalling all plugins. I believe it was an option from the "Troubleshooting" tab. (Probably restart vCO server and vCO configurator server after that just to make sure that everything is reloaded).

This is an  Appliance and new installation. I have used the troubleshooting -> Reinstall the plug-ins when the server start. but still i am not able to see the plugins.

Not sure what might be the issue. You should be able to see all installed plugins without any additional steps/configurations.

I would advise if it is not too much trouble to install a new appliance. Make sure that the username and the password for the plugins (Plugins tab) are empty (no username/password).

Could you check /opt/vmo/configuration/jetty/logs/jetty.log.

And look for for messages containing  (Permission denied).
