Missing Workflows?

All the sample workflows that use the "Email Send (Notification)" nested workflow in Orchestrator 5.1.2 are now reporting "Workflow not Found" for that workflow. Not sure how it got deleted, but I'd love to have it back. Is there a place to download just the sample workflows or do I have to install a separate instance and copy them over?

Thanks!

Dan

Go to your vCO Configuration page, under Troubleshooting, there is a link there that resets current version of plug-ins. This essentially forces a re-install, which also re-imports all packages from the plug-ins. This should restore that library workflow.

Sounds like I need to backup all my existing workflows. I'm going to lose all logs, and configuration settings aren't I?

No, there is no loss involved here.. think of it just like importing vCO Packages... That's not to say that you don't need to back up, but I personally have never backed up prior to using that troubleshooting link and have NEVER lost anything as a result of it.

I did the reset, no luck. I then checked the plugins tab to see what was enabled, and I was quickly reminded that I had disabled the mail plugin on initial configuration before the Christmas holidays. Enabled the plugin, restart, and I'm good to go! I've been cranking out 10-14 hours a day in vCO and my brain is such mush at this point. Thank you!
