  1. There are hundreds of workflows available for vCenter when the vCenter plug-in is enabled in vCO. If there is not a workflow that does what you need, then you can most likely write it yourself or use some of those library workflows in combination to do what you need.
  2. Yes, you can use the Guest Operations workflows, or the SSH plug-in to connect to the Linux guest OS and run scripts. Customization of Linux is also supported for operation like Clone/Customize, as well as add/change hardware like any other VM.
  3. See the documentation for official answer please. vCO Server can run on Linux (vCO appliance) or Windows 64-bit OS. The vCO Client can be run on Linux, Windows 64-bit or 32-bit, and OSX. As noted by Techstarts, Guest OS's supported are as per VMware (vCenter).
  4. There are numerous plug-ins available for vCO that allow it to automate many different systems. See http://solutionexchange.vmware.com and click on Orchestrator Plug-ins to see what's available. Those are in addition to the plug-ins that are provided with vCO.

1.List some Automatable task in Vcenter Orchestrator.

90% of the vCenter task can be automated. If you find anything missing you can create your own

2. whether it can able to automate some task in linux system?

I can't recall but there are few available these are basic OS customization tasks.

3.Which operating system ,it will support?

Please note it is orchestration tool focused on vCenter tasks. So all OS supported by vmware are supported. But this supported is restricted to deploying OS.

4. Only it can possible to automate workflow for Vmware application alone

I would ready vmware application as vmware product. Most of the vmware product like vCloud Director, vCAC can be integrated with Orchestrator. In fact anyone can write their own plug-in as API's are freely available.

Hope it answers your questions
