Installed VRO plugin, getting "Unknown type" while validating a workflow

After installing a custom plugin (*.vmoapp), newly added workflow appears; however while validating it, it is giving Unknown type error for a custom type. Any other configuration/dependency has to be added? What might be the problem? Kindly help.

Using VRO 7.4, Java - 1.8.0_151

I assume the type in question is defined inside this custom plug-in, right?

The error means the type is not propertly registered at runtime, but it is difficult to say what exactly is the problem without having this plug-in and knowing how it is implemented.

Thanks for the reply, IIian.

Yes, your assumption is right. The type in question is defined inside the custom plug-in. Workflow validated properly in dev environment, error is seen only at production site Smiley Sad

If you have other types defined in your plug-in, do they have the same problem, or only this particular type?

What do you see in vRO API Explorer for finders/types if you open the node of the plug-in?

Could you also check vRO log files (eg. server.log) if there are some errors related to this plug-in during vRO server startup?

There are other custom types defined in the plugin but they were added for previously developed workflows and those are working fine. This one where the error is seen has been newly added for the current workflow.

In dev server, type is listing properly in API explorer, will check in the problematic server. Thanks.

There was a sync issue, resync of the VRO/VRA appliances resolved the issue. Thanks.
