How can i audit when action/workflow called.

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement like i need to audit when an  action or workflow called.

when an action/workflow called i need to captured below details and save into DB(XaaS):

1. Action Name

2. Date and Time

3. IP address

4. username

Do we have any built in features in vRO. Or any other way to achieve it please help me out.

I understand your requirement, but its not that easy to achieve this as this required custom workflow to be created.

By default in VRO there is no workflow which can help in this.

Do you have entitlement to contact the respective team, if  yes please do

If its a small subset of actions you need to monitor you could include logging in the action or actually have the action write directly into the db.  If you need to monitor every possible execution you should see this in the system logs.  I'm not certain of vRO is using a rabbitMQ message bus but if so you could also create a subscription I'm guessing.  Hopefully one of the vRO team will see this and respond.

The only option is to create custom workflow and deal with it.

There is no default workflow or script which can help in auditing  this and save it in respective DB you are looking for
