Help: Cannot log into vRO Client

Hello,

I am not sure what the issue is today but I cannot log into the vRO client. There haven't been any configuration changes that I know of and I know that my account is not locked out. The error I am getting is Invalid username/password. I thought this indicated a version mismatch and so I downloaded the most recent version of vRO that is recommended on my configuration page: vRealizeOrchestratorClient-64bit-6.0.1.exe  Windows 64-bit. Has anyone seen this before or does anyone how how to resolve it?

Could you check vRO server and client log files for some relevant errors/exceptions?

Version mismatch errors display a different message.

Is your user part of configured vRO administrative group? If not, could you double check that the groups it is member of have enough permissions given to them on vRO home tab?
